Enertia Talent was born from West Recruitment, a business founded in 2006 that built a strong reputation for connecting great people with leading organisations.
As the Australian energy and renewables sector expanded, so did our involvement. Since 2017, we we have been working extensively in the energy sector supporting businesses through privatisation and growth. We developed a unique expertise, working across transmission, distribution, renewable generation, storage, and emerging technologies. The sector demanded specialist knowledge, trusted advisors, and recruiters who understood not only roles but industry challenges and opportunities.
