The Enertia Talent story

Our journey began in 2006 with the creation of West Recruitment. Established as a specialist recruitment business in Sydney, West Recruitment quickly built a strong reputation for delivering high-calibre talent across a wide range of industries. The focus was always on relationships, trust, and results - values that remain at the heart of who we are today.


As Australia’s energy sector evolved, so did we. Over time, more and more of our work centred on energy, renewables, and infrastructure. We developed extensive networks, built deep knowledge of the sector, and became increasingly recognised as go-to recruiters for organisations navigating transformation.


By the early 2020s, the energy transition was accelerating, and it became clear that a specialist brand was needed. Enertia Talent was born to reflect our focus, expertise, and passion for connecting talent with purpose in this sector.
